The term, “Trash the Dress” was new to me but the more I started seeing some amazing pictures of post-nuptial photoshoots I adore the idea. I would have loved to have the opportunity to be more creative with our wedding album and have some pictures taken outside of our venue while being our goofy, romantic selves. If you are like me and don’t plan on keeping your wedding dress in pristine condition, you may want to consider talking with a photographer about doing some after-the-big-day photos and really taking advantage of posing the way you want, where you want, without worrying about keeping everything clean and wrinkle free.

We have a wonderful update! You may have heard me mention LuvSick Media, which is my design company. Well, I am moving into the photography field with my great friend, CTEcreative. Today, I was able to attend the wedding of Maria and Ken and took a number of shots of this beautiful reception at Wildfire Restaurant in Atlanta, GA. Maria and Ken had a professional photographer on hand so I stayed out of his way and tried to photograph the small details that make wedding photography unique. Enjoy!
