It seems to always start with the shoes. Those gorgeous two-tones do not disappoint in the inspiration search. The pink and orange lovelies really shout what summer is all about…sexy, sultry, heat. So yeah, this board is in homage to those shoes.

This board was inspired by the image of a Hawaiian sunset. mmm, Hawaii. Purple happens to be my favorite color, and the deep plum paired with that vibrant orange makes my heart beat a little faster. The star patterned lattern can be found online at the paper lantern store, the bridesmaid dresses are by one of our favorite designers–jim hjelm, and the gemstones are amethyst and carnelian. We are organizing a destination wedding in Jamaica and the couple fell in love with the feel of pink and orange that will play off the blues and greens of the location. We created this inspiration board to help jump start the planning process.
