These luminaries are 8-1/2″ tall and measure about 3-1/4″ in diameter. If you’d like these elegant table numbers to arrive at your doorstep ready-to-use, shown above as is or customized, they’ll only cost you $3 each plus shipping. Shipping typically costs between $6-8/box (each box typically can hold between 10-16 luminaries). All you need to do is unpack these beauties and place them over a votive candle that’s inside a glass holder. They are quite sturdy and self-standing.

The decision to provide alcohol for a wedding reception can be a tedious task if your budget really does not account for it or if you are not a drinker. Below are popular options that you can discuss with your catering manager and figure out what will make you happy without putting a strain on your finances.

Open Bar – All on you and obviously the most expensive option. Most venues will have packages to choose from with certain grades of alcohol. Do not feel obligated to provide the most expensive drinks. Your guests will make due and appreciate what is offered.

Cash Bar – Their drinks. Their money. If you have a smaller budget or you know your guests are not big drinkers, the cash bar is an excellent choice. People should be coming to see your union, not to have free drinks. If alcohol is not a big deal to you or your hubby, allocate the money you would spend on it to something more useful (i.e. honeymoon, flowers, catering, etc.)

Partial Bar – Budget a specific amount to be spent on your guests’ drinks. Once the bar tab has reached that amount, it will then turn into a cash bar.

Beer/Wine/Signature Drink – If you want to provide some type of adult beverage at no cost to your guests, offer beer, wine or a signature drink.

If you are having an outdoor reception and can not accommodate spot lighting, increase the number of candles on each table to give off the illumination effect.
